Property Tax:

Reduce property taxes let's stop talking about the problem and do something about it. The major portion of the property taxes is school taxes. Let’s have a commission specifically to look at reduction in school taxes, corporate subsidies of school budgets and looking at reducing waste corruption and fraud.

Job Creation:
To begin looking at the laws regarding regulations on business and developing smart regulation like the ones used for the telephone companies and the internet, begin competing with other cites and states for business that will provide a foundation for growth, quality of management, innovation and workforce development that is trained and skilled and home grown. Develop policy that will promote economic growth and job creation using the business community leaders from Orange and Rockland County to be the leaders of the task force.

Education:
Lets educate our children like they are our future, if you really believe they are our future. Lets provide college tuition forgiveness programs for students returning to Rockland and Orange County who work for 5 years in the county. Lets have businesses and companies hire our college students as summer interns before they graduate to polish their skills.
